Take an educational video tour several successful tiny home village communities. Emerald Village in Eugene, Oregon, Community First Village in Austin, Texas & Springfield Tiny Homes in Missouri. You can also follow this link to an article about many other tiny home communities & villages. All effectively working to provided safe, secure, permanent, alternative, affordable housing to extreme low income people around the USA.

These are great examples of how Tiny Home villages can succeed at preventing homelessness and transforming the lives of struggling people. The concept is proven but each of these villages is unique because of many factors. Government and zoning laws as well as funding and the vision of leadership will shape what we do here in the greater Daytona Beach – Flagler / Volusia County area.  While this will not solve homelessness it is a big part of the solution for our community. Although there are commendable efforts by government locally to build workforce housing and increase affordable housing stock. Unfortunately those projects take a long time and in reality do not provide opportunity for many people who are not eligible for those programs. They fall through the cracks and continue living with housing instability or on the streets, many sadly until they die an early death form the hard life and stress of homelessness. Our vision and effort will fill the gap, providing the opportunity for many troubled, broken and extreme low income veterans and senior citizens to find there way home.
